Tinashe visited Vevo Studio in Los Angeles to perform “Tightrope.”

Back by a two-man band and a duo of background singers, Tinashe delivered an exceptional rendition of the BB/ANG3L closing track.

Tinashe’s performance for Vevo follows her 20-minute BB/ANG3L Experience, which she “conceptualized, choreographed, and executed in 10 days.”

As indicated above, “Tightrope,” produced by Machinedrum, is lifted from Tinashe’s latest project BB/ANG3L

“For BB/ANG3L I was very inspired by the concept of identity. Exploring both how I self-identify and also challenging the perceptions of others,” Tinashe explained

“I believe how we identify in this world is ultimately our own personal choice; and I’ve enjoyed stripping back layers of aesthetic fluff, smoke & mirrors, and white noise to get down to the core of myself. Who we are at a core level, when we are alone – raw & unfiltered, is what I want this album to reflect.”

Last month, Tinashe wrapped up her headlining BB/ANG3L TourIn April, she will make her debut at Coachella in Indio, California. Other R&B acts on the bill include Jhené Aiko, Victoria Monét, Chlöe and more.
