Usher, Summer Walker and 21 Savage Share ‘Good Good’ Video

R&B

Usher has shared an official video for “Good Good,” his latest single featuring Summer Walker and 21 Savage.

The video, directed by Warren Fu, starts with the three acts standing on an abandoned bridge in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Usher stays behind and showcases slick choreography while Walker and 21 Savage leave the scene.

Usher is then seen singing “Good Good” in a dimly lit bedroom, dressed in a more stylish outfit. In a solo setup, Walker stuns viewers as she lays across the bed in a blonde updo and silky outfit.

Both Walker and Usher are seen wearing new outfits in their condos after their evening shots. Meanwhile, 21 Savage raps his verse in an empty restaurant, which soon becomes occupied after a clone of himself arrives.

“Good Good” was released Aug. 4 via mega, Usher and L.A. Redi’s newest imprint, in conjunction with Larry Jackson’s gamma. It is Usher’s second single release of the year, following “GLU.” The latter track proved a hit, reaching No. 1 on R&B radio and Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart in the spring.

Last week, “Good Good” debuted atop the R&B Digital Songs Sales chart. It was his second No. 1 hit on the latter chart. It also debuted at No. 4 on multiple Billboard charts, including Hot R&B Songs and R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales.

It seems that “Good Good” is gaining early support at radio. It is No. 15 on urban radio and No. 23 on R&B radio this week. Additionally, the Mel & Mus-produced track is the most added song at R&B radio this week, with eight new adds.

Usher recently released “Boyfriend,” a track he co-wrote and co-produced with Camper and Rico Love. The latter two co-produced it with Laney Stewart, Tricky Stewart, and Believve. The track came with a lighthearted music video starring Keke Palmer.

All three songs mentioned above will appear on Usher’s highly-awaited ninth studio album.
