After releasing “Dying 4 Your Love” last July, Snoh Aalegra has returned with a new track titled “Lost You.”
Over a somber production, Aalegra finds herself giving into temptation with her former lover. Even though she considers them to be a stranger, she can’t deny the love she still has deep down.
“But then you said what I wanna hear / ‘Cause you know it’s gon’ get me here geeked / Every time I say that I’m through / And even though I know it ain’t right / Said I wasn’t gon’ spend the night / Here I am right back with you,” Aaelgra sings.
Both “Dying 4 Your Love” and “Lost You” will appear on Aalegra’s new album, Temporary Highs in the Violet Skies, which releases on July 9. The 15-track album will include features from Tyler, the Creator and James Fauntleroy.
Temporary Highs in the VIolet Skies will follow Aalegra’s 2019 project – Ugh, Those Feels Again.
