Post Malone Is Returning to Hip-Hop, According To Fans

Hip Hop

Post Malone is ready to leave Nashville behind, at least long enough to remind everyone how he became a Hip-Hop superstar.

Post Malone has the itch again. A brand new teaser has fans convinced that “Trap Post” is making a comeback. That itch is to rap.

For the last couple of years, Post has been living his best country life. The man practically traded 808s for steel guitars, droppedF-1 Trillion, and even linked with N-Word spewing Morgan Wallen. He’s also down with Blake Shelton, who tip-toes around MAGA. Good for him. The checks were clearing.

But, this teaser has a new aura around White Iverson.

Is Post sliding back into the melodic rap pocket that madeStoneyandbeerbongs & bentleysinto a moment?

“All my money clean, not a damn stain on me, I would pop a bean, 2016 Stoney.”

Sounds like he wants back in the culture. The timing is certainly interesting. I am not certain we need that. He was one with the culture. Found fame and money with the culture. And did what so many more have done – LEFT. Not like Pharrell or somebody. He bounced. I do not really thing people want him back.

He is working on a double album calledThe Eternal Buzz, according to lore in his redneck of the woods. If that’s true, could one half be country while the other half be rap? Nobody has confirmed anything. Sounds like something he’d try.

Hip-Hop is in one of its most competitive periods in years. Maybe Posty sees the landscape and wants back in.

Fans who fell in love with the artist behind “White Iverson,” “Congratulations” and “Rockstar” might be happy this rumor is in circulation.

We’ll be watching.
