Spread Thin, the heavy-hitting hardcore band from Wisconsin, have shared a new video for “Gaslit” from their July album World of Snakes.

According to the band, “The song speaks of the frustration of watching someone you love struggle and when you try to help, it blows up in your face every time.”

Vocalist Ben Deml adds:

“They will constantly blame things wrong with them on everyone else and eventually you just reach this point where you really start to believe you might be the problem. The cycle repeats. Gaslit.”

The grindy hardcore record has been out for a few months now and is already getting them noticed. The band say about the record:

“We are extremely proud of this record. The songwriting, production, and overall flow is what we wanted for this debut full length and we feel that previous fans so the band will hear and appreciate the evolution, as well as new fans discovering us for the first time.”
