About the video, guitarist Jason Hartman told Decibel, “Nikki writes the lyrics and likes to keep them open to individual interpretation. However, “Demon Glove” is about feeling trapped by addiction. [The video] was filmed at Nikki and my home in the forest of Wisconsin.” About the album, he continued, “We are still very proud of Miracle of Death and feel it’s our strongest work to date.
