Sacreligious are sharing their new album, Brutality Incarnated,out September 25 via self-release. Check out the single “Occassion for War” ahead of the drop.
Drawing inspiration from both the classic Swedish death metal ofEntombedandDismemberand the modern brutality ofSanguisugabogg,Sacreligiousput their own distinct spin on the genre, crafting a sound that is fast, filthy, and relentlessly aggressive.The band’s lineup featuresFelix Dahllöfon vocals,William AlvarssonandHugo Rahmon guitars,Nellie Taghizadeon bass andFilip Stabergon drums.
To achieve that balance, the album was recorded, mixed and mastered at the legendary Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, while the artwork was created byJames Campbell.
Brutality Incarnatedwill be released independently on September 25, the same day the band play a major show in Stockholm, marking one of their biggest milestones to date.
