Beneath a Steel Sky are dropping their debut record, Cleave, on January 24 via Ripcord Records. You can hear Cyclical Dunt from the record here as a little preview before the full LP is released.

“The idea for ‘Cyclical Dunt’ stemmed from the odd metered arpeggio that remains constant,” the band say. “We wanted to write something that evolved and developed around this device, adding and removing layers to increase the intensity over the course of the song.”

The new record is dark, atmospheric, and heavy, blending emotional themes with deep and heavy tones. Hopefully, this is the first of a lot of musical output from the band.

Preorder the album here.
