Thuy Enlists P-Lo for New Song ‘Inhibitions’

R&B

Thuy‘s hot streak of bops has picked up more pace with the release of “Inhibitions.”

For the bouncy track, the rising singer hooked up with Bay Area rapper P-Lo, where they shake off any overwhelming thoughts that emerge when they’re in the presence of their respective interests.

Thuy’s airy vocals convey all the conviction of a young girl who isn’t going to let her timidness get in the way of getting to her partner’s heart through quality time.

Meanwhile, P-Lo fronts a sensitive verse where he isn’t getting caught up in the idea of his girl’s nervousness, letting it be known that it’s one of the reasons he fell for her.

Thuy has boasted that “Inhibitions” is one of her favorite songs released.

Last month, Thuy shared a playful visual for the song “Figured U Out.” That track was featured on her debut project I Hope U See This, released last fall. So far, “Figured U Out” has been streamed more than 1.7 million times worldwide.
