Ro James Releases Steamy Video for ‘Touchy Feely’

R&B

Ro James continues to celebrate the second anniversary of his sophomore album, Mantic. The Grammy-nominated singer has released a video for his single “Touchy Feely.”

Directed by James and S. Lambo, the red-hued visual finds James soaking in a tub while smoking a spliff. He gets a call from a woman who invites him over for some skin-to-skin action with her and her bestie. In between clips, the women, dressed in lingerie, are seen seductively dancing with each other.

As noted, “Touchy Feely” is from James’ most recent album, Mantic, which was released in 2020. Last month, James released a video for his Miguel-assisted track “Too Much.”

Mantic was among Rated R&B’s 30 Best R&B Albums of 2020 list and ranked at No. 2. “On his sophomore album, Mantic, Ro James goes on a quest to seek a deeper understanding of all that love entails,” wrote Rated R&B’s Keithan Samuels. “Although Mantic flew under the radar commercially, it still adds to the seeds James has been planting over the years that will eventually bloom into the flowers he will receive in the future.”  Mantic also includes collaborations with Brandy (“Plan B“) and Masego (“Slow Down”).

James has yet to release new music since 2020. However, in May he teased that he has a new project on the way.
