Poison The Well Played a Show at a Skate Shop, Performed “Horns and Tails” Live for the First Time

Metal

On January 3 last week, Poison The Well went viral when they played a small and intimate show at Programme Skate & Sound in Fullerton, CA and playing a rare song during their exclusive set.

Fans were especially stoked on this particular set, as they played the song “Horns and Tails” from the record Tear From The Red live for the first time ever. This stop was part of their You Come Before You anniversary tour currently happening. The band was just in California and are now heading to Chicago and then New York.

Luckily, 197 Media caught the entire set below, including the never-before-scene live song:

Setlist:

01. “Zombies Are Good for Your Health”
02. “Rings From Corona”
03. “Ghostchant”
04. “Botchla”
05. “Crystal Lake”
06. “Slice Paper Wrists”
07. “Loved Ones (Excerpts From Speeches of How Great You Were, and Will Never Be Again)”
08. “Horns and Tails” (First known performance)
09. “Artist’s Rendering of Me”
10. “For a Bandaged Iris”
11. “Nerdy”

There has been a significant amount of hype around this intimate tour run, as Kuma’s Corner in Chicago also got in on the fun before the band heads there there and made an official Poison The Well burger their burger of the month.

If you’re lucky enough to live in the past of the oncoming storm that is the limited Poison The Well run, you won’t want to mis these shows.
