Ne-Yo Joins Yung Bleu on New Song ‘Walk Through the Fire’

R&B

Ne-Yo and Yung Bleu are at it again. Their new song, “Walk Through The Fire,” features Bleu as the lead artist and functions as his first new track of the year.

Over a crystalline piano and sharp violins, Ne-Yo offers a delicate and persuasive vocal about doing what it takes to regain the love and trust of a lover who’s on the borderline of leaving him for good.

“You better than me / I would’ve left you on the first time / That’s why you, you better than me / And I’ll be loving you through / Every moment, every wrinkle in time,” he sings.

Bleu inserts his melodic verse, one of which is similar to Ne-Yo’s lines.

Ne-Yo and Bleu previously joined forces on “Stay Down,” a tune that credits Ne-Yo as the main act. The track is climbing up the urban radio charts, already a top 40 single for the two.

Before coming together with Bleu, Ne-Yo released a single titled “What If” and its accompanying video.

As for Bleu, his collaborations with R&B artists don’t stop at Ne-Yo. He recorded a song (“Family Feud”) with Monica for his most recent project, No, I’m Not Ok.
