Emerging R&B singer Layton Greene has returned with her new song “Spin Again,” her first official single in over two years.
Produced by G Styles On The Track and La’Chaz Holloway, “Spin Again” is about being addicted to a lover who knows how to put it down in the bedroom.
“I’m d*ckmatized and I can’t even say I’m mad / It’s rainin’ while you pull my hair, I throw it back / That’s that water, yeah / You got that sh*t that I need,” Greene sings on the seductive tune.
Speaking on “Spin Again,” Greene shares: “It’s been a whirlwind of emotions for me. I’m so excited to be making my comeback, it’s been a long time coming! ‘Spin Again’ is showing a different side of me, grown and sexy. I can’t wait to see how people receive it.”
“Spin Again” is Greene’s first single since her standalone track “Chose One,” released in December 2020. Before that, she released her debut EP, Tell Ya Story, in 2019 via Quality Control Music/Motown Records.
Greene appears on August Alsina’s latest album, Myself, which dropped in March. She also contributed to Tink’s 2022 project, Pillow Talk.
