Khemmis Has a New Album in the Works

Metal

Get excited, doom metal fans. It’s looking like Denver’s own Khemmis have something new coming. In a recent tweet, the band revealed that they were working on their fifth full-length album and follow up to 2021’s Deceiver.

In addition to it being a minute since their last slate of new music, things have been relatively quiet for the band. According to Setlist.fm, they played a little more than a dozen shows this year, which is enough for like… a regional run of dates. Not really enough for the fans scattered all over the place.

That being said, it’s not like all of the guys in Khemmis were sitting around doing nothing. Don’t forget that Ben Hutcherson and David Small have been working on and promoting Glacial Tomb’s Lightless Expanse.

So what do you think? Are you stoked for new Khemmis? Let us know in the comments.
