The official unveiling arrives after Kelsea Ballerini teased that something was on the horizon with Noah Kahan via a series of Instagram photos, including an image of a pair of boots she mailed to Noah alongside a note reading, “Hey…you a cowboy yet?”, to which the Vermont native pointedly replied, “Nah I cry too much”.
