Kelsea Ballerini isn’t quite done telling her story. The country-pop star just surprised fans with news of a deluxe edition of her critically acclaimed 2024 album, PATTERNS, set to drop on March 7, 2025, via Black River Entertainment.

Kelsea Ballerini Expands PATTERNS with Deluxe Edition – Here’s What’s New – Country Music News

Ballerini broke the news in the most Kelsea way possible—live on stage in Fort Worth, Texas, during her KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR 2025 stop on February 26. In a twist ending, she wrapped up her set as usual with the fan-favorite “Penthouse,” but instead of taking her final bow, the stage lights popped back on, and she let the crowd in on her secret:

“So this is normally where the night would end, but I feel like it’s a good time to tell you that the PATTERNS (DELUXE) comes out March 7.”

Five New Tracks & A Deeper Dive into PATTERNS

This deluxe edition brings five brand-new songs to an already deeply personal album, expanding PATTERNS to a 20-track project. Among the fresh additions is the long-awaited digital bonus track “To The Men That Love Women After Heartbreak”, plus four new cuts:

“Put It To Bed”
“Cut Me Up”
“Hindsight Is Happiness”
“Future Tripping” – which Ballerini debuted live that night, calling it her personal favorite of the new batch.

With a toe-tapping beat and introspective lyrics, “Future Tripping” tackles the anxiety of the unknown, with Ballerini confessing:

“I don’t want to impose / Some things we’re not supposed to know yet / But my head won’t stop.”

A Career-Defining Moment for Ballerini

The original version of PATTERNS made history as Ballerini’s first album to top the Billboard Country Albums chart, debuting at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. Entirely co-written with female songwriters, the project cemented her storytelling strength and artistic evolution, proving she’s not afraid to lay it all out in her music.

Beyond the album release, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for the East Tennessee native. She’s currently selling out arenas nationwide on her KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR 2025 and coaching for the first time on NBC’s The Voice (Season 27).

Where to Listen & Get Tickets

PATTERNS (DELUXE) drops March 7, but you can pre-save the album now. And if you want to hear these new tracks live, don’t miss your chance to catch Kelsea Ballerini on tour!
