Iman Omari Releases New Song ‘All They Wanna Do’

R&B

Iman Omari may be breaking some male code on his new song “All They Wanna Do,” co-written and produced by K, Le Maestro.

It begins with a thick bass before Omari anxiously awaits to jump into like a game of double-dutch to present his case on why he’s not like other men. He asserts that when he’s getting to know a woman as a potential partner, he isn’t interested in exploiting them.

Omari is calm, cool, and collected, while other men — flawed if you ask him — are nowhere in his league. Omari hopes she can tell the difference between him and those who “want to f*ck bitches, get money.”

“All They Wanna Do” marks Omari’s first official release of the year. He closed 2021 with “Get a Job,” a Buddy-assisted collaboration. That same year, he worked in collaboration with Jack Dine to contribute his production genius to Masego’s “Garden Party,” which featured Big Boi and JID.

In 2020, Omari released an EP titled Ascended Masters. Before that work, he appeared on the season four Insecure soundtrack and Kaytranada’s Grammy-winning album Bubba
