Hot off his new deal with Atlantic Records, DJ Drama ushers in the power move with his new single and video, “Forever” featuring a few elite MCs.
Produced by Don Cannon and lead by Capella Grey’s triumphant hook, Fabolous, Benny The Butcher, and Jim Jones big up their upbringing, street smarts, and longevity. The Kid Art-directed video, which begins with a cameo from KRS-One, captures the five mobbing through the streets of New York City.
Dedicated to the late DJ Kay Slay, who passed way in April, “Forever” is the first release off DJ Drama and Don Cannon’s Generation Now label’s new deal with Atlantic Records.
