Cardi B has released long-awaited and Hov-approved single, “Imaginary Playerz” along with its matching visuals.

Sampling Rene & Angela’s 1981 single “Imaginary Playmates”, most notably used in JAY-Z’s 1997 track, “Imaginary Players”, Cardi takes a page out of the book of HOV and mimics both the flow and lavish bars.

“Bitches, I leave ’em all fucked, fists be balled up,” she raps while serving various looks during her travels from New York to Greece and then France. “Y’all hoes look cheap, that shit don’t cost much / I’m a star, but I’ll smack you, don’t get starstruck / Patience lookin’ at me like, “Cardi, what the fuck?”

“Imaginary Playerz” is the latest single off her highly-anticipated album, Am I The Drama.
