In promotion of the Spike Lee-directed film, Highest 2 Lowest, movie co-star and rapper A$AP Rocky premieres two new tracks off the soundtrack, “Trunks” & “Both Eyes Closed”.
“Pack out the trunk from the front to the back /Nigga got a grudge, motherfucker, where ya at?,” he confidently raps on bass knocking “Trunks”.
Meanwhile, the Harlem rapper opens up on the mellow “Both Eyes Closed”. “I don’t got no purpose, I’m just lonely on this road / I ain’t fuck with Satan ’cause I never sold my soul.
Highest 2 Lowest, which stars Rocky alongside Denzel Washington, Jeffrey Wright, Ilfenesh Hadera, Ice Spice, and more, is in theaters now.
