It looks like Jaymin has found what he was looking for. After yearning for “Something Real,” the rising R&B artist is falling madly in love in his new single “HELP!”
Over a moody backdrop that recalls a ’90s Timbaland production, the Seattle native is so deeply infatuated by his lover that it’s overbearing in the best way possible. “Baby don’t lie, tell me you’re all mine / Gotta catch my breath, send me some help,” a pitched-up Jaymin sings over syncopated snares.
Speaking on “HELP!,” Jaymin explains, “I wanted to create something that felt like rap, but in essence is still R&B. ‘HELP!’ stands at the intersection of confidence and vulnerability, balancing raw emotion with rhythmic urgency. It’s an ode to that special person you can’t see yourself without — and a call for help, if you will, because of how overwhelming that feeling is. The song lives in the tension between intimacy and stylistic edge — the golden balance.”

As indicated above, “HELP!” is the follow-up to “Something Real,” which was released in late September via Warner Records.
“‘Something Real’ is about craving authenticity in love and life. It’s me saying, ‘I desire — and even need — something I can truly feel and relate to,’” Jaymin explained.
The Chase N Chase and Wu10-produced song, which has surpassed one million Spotify streams, was reissued in mid-October with his Something Real (Alt Versions)pack.
