Music icons Lionel Richie and Diana Ross will headline the inaugural Fool in Love Festival.
The event, powered by Live Nation and Redrock Entertainment, will take place Saturday, Aug. 31, at Hollywood Park in Los Angeles, California.
The star-studded lineup features other legendary acts, including Al Green, Santana, Charlie Wilson, Gladys Knight, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, The Isley Brothers, Chaka Khan, Smokey Robinson, The Jacksons, Dionne Warwick, George Clinton & Parliament-Funkadelic, Kool & The Gang, and many more.
The festival will also include performances by contemporary acts such as Lady Wray (formerly Nicole Wray), Durand Jones & The Indications, Thee Sacred Souls, Aaron Frazer, Baby Bash and others.
Presale begins Friday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. PT. Fans can sign up for the festival SMS list at FoolInLove.com to receive an access code. Tickets will go on sale to the public Friday at 2 p.m. PT.
The following ticket types will be available: General Admission, General Admission Plus, VIP, and Platinum. All ticket types will have layaway payment plans starting at $19.99 down.
VIP tickets include preferred viewing areas at each stage, charging stations, a dedicated entry lane at the festival entrance, air-conditioned restrooms and more.
Platinum tickets (for ages 21+ only) include all the VIP perks plus golf cart transportation between stages, complimentary lockers with mobile charging units, unlimited access to the Platinum Lounge, and more.
Circling back to Richie, before the global star takes the stage at Fool in Love Fest, he will embark on the second leg of his co-headlining Sing A Song All Night Long Tour with Earth, Wind & Fire.
The tour, also promoted by Live Nation, begins May 23 at Thompson Boiling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee, and wraps up June 16 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
