“Reflecting on the moments we shared in 2023 and gearing up for an unforgettable 2024! I’m excited to announce that I’ll be at @Wolf_Trap in DC this summer from June 4th-6th, accompanied by the Wolf Trap Orchestra,” Legend wrote in an Instagram post.

Tickets go on sale to the public Friday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. ET. Fans can sign up for pre-sale access at Legend’s official website.

Last year, Legend launched his An Evening With John Legend shows, where he performed in Los Angeles and New York

His Los Angeles show took place just days after releasing LEGEND (Solo Piano Version), a stripped-down edition of his eighth album.

LEGEND was released Sept. 9, 2022, via John Legend Music/Republic Records. The double album featured Jazmine Sullivan, Jhené Aiko, Ty Dolla $ign, Ledisi, Muni Long and more. Long appeared on Legend’s top 10 hit “Honey.”

“Until this point, I’ve never used an aspect of my name as the title of an album,” Legend said. “I had to earn that, to live up to it by delivering in the performance and the music. And this is me saying, I’m proud of who I am, I’m confident in the work I’ve done, and I’m just going to declare it.”

LEGEND debuted at No. 10 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart, tallying his fifth consecutive top 10 visit since the chart launched in 2012.
