Raheem DeVaughn Shares New Project ‘Fall in Love’

R&B

Grammy-nominated singer Raheem DeVaughn is back with his new EP, Fall in Love.

The project arrives just in time for cuffing season, giving listeners heart-tugging tunes to enjoy with their partners. Fall in Love includes reimagined versions of select songs from DeVaughn’s The Summer of Love, released June 21.

Fall in Love includes collaborations with rappers ADÉ and Scienze, spoken word artist Ra Brown and more.

On the romantic ballad “Let’s Fall In Love,” DeVaughn professes his feelings to a potential partner, hoping they can embark on their love quest.

“Everybody needs someone to leave / Darling, it’s you I’ve been dreaming of / And I wanna be the one you love,” DeVaughn croons on the quiet storm track.

“Fall In Love is my latest offering with a twist of Soul/R&B fused with a futuristic ’90s nostalgia. It is my ode to my loyal fans and is a continuation from the instant classic, Summer of Love,” says DeVaughn. “This new release aims to appeal to all of the senses and to have listeners and fans alike reminded that love is the highest vibration.”

As noted above, Fall in Love is the follow-up to DeVaughn’s Summer of Love EP.

In February, he released Love Euphoria, a collaborative album with production team The Colleagues and saxophonist Vandell Andrew. The project included a feature from Goapele (“Love Around the Clock“).

Later this fall, DeVaughn will head back on the road to support his latest projects. The Fall in Love Tour will relaunch Dec. 9 in Napa Valley, California.

The self-proclaimed Love King of Soul and R&B will make additional stops in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, and Boston. Additional tour dates are said to be announced soon.
