Watch Unearth’s Trevor Phipps and Buz McGrath React to Fan Covers on YouTube

When Oscar Wilde said “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery,” he could have never imagined the sheer amount of imitation (otherwise known as covers) available over on YouTube. Scores of fans from all over the world show off their talents and perform their favorite songs simply because they love the music. Hell, even some managed to turn that into their dream job.

Recently, we caught up with Unearth‘s Trevor Phipps and Buz McGrath to show them some videos of fans covering their music. The duo offer their commentary on the clips, which include everything from a typical guitar cover to a dude screaming along to “Sanctity of Brothers” while behind the wheel of a moving automobile.

We’d like to thank both Phipps and McGrath for taking the time out of their day to take part in this video. Unearth’s latest release, The Wretched; The Ruinous is available everywhere you get your music.
