Alina Baraz Releases New EP ‘Moongate’

R&B

Moongate is the second capsule project from Alina Baraz, coming behind Sunbeam, which arrived in September.

Baraz picks up where she left off with the last digital drop, injecting those self-harmonizes and lush vibes of tranquil beauty in the four tracks. But, best of all, is “Change My Mind,” produced solely by Spencer Stewart. He co-produced two other songs, including “No Interference.”

Both EPs released this fall are subsequent to Baraz’s debut album, It Was Divine, which came out in spring 2020. The LP was released through Mom + Pop and featured a lineup of big stars, from Nas to 6LACK and Khalid and Smino.

Baraz gets in the swing of touring again starting November 3, in Los Angeles. She will perform dates throughout November.

She relaunches the headlining tour at the top of next year, with the first stop in Philadelphia on January 16, 2022. Then, she’ll continue the month with shows until the final date on February 3, 2022, in Seattle. Tickets for Baraz’s Alone With You U.S. Tour are available on her official website
