Queen Naija Announces ‘The Butterfly Tour’

R&B

Queen Naija has announced the dates for The Butterfly Tour with special guest Tink.

The tour will kick off on October 17, at Center Stage Theater in Atlanta. From there, Naija and Tink will play in major cities in the U.S., including Baltimore, New York, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and San Francisco. The tour will conclude on November 22, at Wonder Ballroom in Portland. Tink will not be present at the Boston and Chicago shows.

Naija will be supporting her debut album, Missunderstood, which released in 2020. In April, she followed up with a deluxe edition, Missunderstood…Still. The album includes her gold-selling single “Pack Lite” and the Ari Lennox-assisted “Set Him Up.” It also features appearances from Kiana Ledé, Lucky Daye, Jacquees, Lil Duck, Latto and more.

Missunderstood debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top R&B Albums chart.

As for Tink, the genre-bending artist recently released her new album Heat of the Moment, the follow-up to 2020’s Hopeless Romantic. Executive produced by Hitmaka, Heat of the Moment features appearances from Jeremih, Davido and Yung Bleu.

Tickets for The Butterfly Tour go on sale on Friday, September 17, at 10 a.m. local time on Naija’s official website.
