The LP won the inaugural Best Contemporary R&B Album at the 2003 Grammys, while the album’s hit single “Foolish” topped the Billboard Hot 100.

Following the release of her debut album, Ashanti has conquered acting and released four additional studio albums, three on a major label and another independently. Speaking of her indie journey, Ashanti recently shared the new song “2:35 (I Want You)” following her Verzuz with Keyshia Cole.

Ashanti is also set to star in the new live-action film Honey Girls
