Video Premiere: Burial Oath – “Pagan Fires”

Metal

Burial Oath

Check out the latest from Burial Oath, their cvlt and catchy video for “Pagan Fires,” available with us first.

Initially forming in 2015, the band share members with Metal Blade act Cloak, and started playing live and touring in 2016 as a trio. They were temporarily on hold in 2023 when Jesse Greenfeather joined Cloak on drums, and when Mor Grish joined the album on vocals.

They’re now planning a lot more on the horizon in the next few years, including a full album they’ve written, touring, and more.

Grish says about joining Burial Oath:

“Even though I’m new to Burial Oath, it feels like we’ve been doing this for years. It’s great to be with likeminded and similarly passionate people.”

If this video is any indication, Burial Oath are going to bring us catchy, blackened, groovy metal of the coming months, and we can’t wait to hear more.
