Anchored by both Blk Odyssy’s soul and rock-infused soundbed and the Parliament-Funkadelic legend’s funky hook, Benny preaches street survival by any means. The powerful video depicts a young black man who is bullied constantly before taking matters into his own hands.
“Benny’s Got A Gun” is lifted off Blk Odyssy’s upcoming BLK VINTAGE REPRISE, a 6-track deluxe of his 2021 album, BLK VINTAGE, due June 24.
