Another band is looking back on a pivotal moment in their career and spending time later this year to commemorate a major release in their discography. The band — Massachusetts deathcore act The Red Chord. The pivotal release being celebrated – their 2005 album Clients. And they’re doing more than just a couple shows and a vinyl reissue.

“To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Clients album, we are excited to announce live performances! We will reunite with friends, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, See You Next Tuesday & powerhouse, Vomit Forth for northeast club shows in Brooklyn & Boston. We wish this could be a whole tour! Tickets will be on sale this Friday. Our last hometown show went quick so consider grabbing tickets early.

“We’re also returning to the northwest for a one-off alongside Enterprise Earth, I Declare War, Nightmarer and a stacked Nova Void fest. On sale today! We are working on one more special show before closing the chapter on this anniversary.”

In an announcement made earlier this week, the band revealed that they’ve got plans to play three special shows in celebration of Clients: one on December 13 at Portland, Oregon’s Nova; one on December 19 in Brooklyn, New York at the Monarch, and another on December 20 at The Sinclair. At the first show, The Red Chord will share the stage with Enterprise Earth, I Declare War, and Nightmare Cult, while at the remaining two shows, will feature The Number 12 Looks Like You, See You Next Tuesday, and Vomit Forth.

As for the vinyl reissue of Clients, its official release date is October 17. There are a number of bundles available for preorder, so be sure to secure your copy today.
