Syd Heads on ‘Right Track’ on New Song

R&B

Syd has joined the stampede of artists to release music today. The frontwoman of The Internet shared the new song “Right Track,” and it has the right juice to soundtrack any cuffing season.

Smino is featured on the catchy, ForteBowie-produced track that finds Syd’s sweet voice giving off lots of joy and happiness about finding a lady friend she can build a future with.

“Maybe you should stay the night / Promise it’ll change your life / Call it givin’ thanks for life / One day we can make the life / Say I gotta do you right, girl / You ain’t gotta tell me twice,” she assures.

In July, Syd hit the gas on “Fast Car,” her second release of 2021. It followed “Missing Out” from this winter. All three tracks are up for grabs for her future project, which will follow up 2017’s Fin

Syd is staying low-key, working on a number of different projects, including one film-focused and another in the world of fashion.
