Satyricon have announced that they are working on a studio album once again.
Theis will be the band’s first studio album since Deep Calleth Upon Deep in 2017. Then last year, they released Satyricon & Munch, an instrumental piece for a Munch Museum exhibit in Norway. Now, they’re going to unveil another black metal album to be released in 2024.
“Back at it with Satyricon after a small summer break,” says Satyricon’s Sigurd “Satyr” Wongraven. “We keep working on a new album that will be ready spring/summer next year.”
We don’t have much information yet about the forthcoming record or music from the band, but stay tuned for more updates.
