RSVP, the supergroup consisting of Ray J, Sammie, Bobby V and Pleasure P, has returned with their new single “Lay You Down.”
On the seductive jam, produced by 88Fingaz and Deezle, the R&B gents vividly spell out their intentions in the bedroom with their respective partners. “Girl, I wanna lay you down / We ain’t gotta tell no one,” Pleasure P sings in the chorus.
“Lay You Down” is RVSP’s second single, following their debut, “Money Everywhere,” released in December 2022. Both songs are expected to appear on the quartet’s upcoming album, which does not have a confirmed release date.
RSVP formed a group after participating in a bonus match ahead ofMario and Omarion’s Verzuz event in June 2022.
“It’s really official @officialrsvp God is sooo good!! me @bobbyvshow @sammiealways @pleasurep @bobbyvshow came together and actually worked through our issues and even tho we always arguing with each other we became friends and now we are so honest and real with each other it’s magical,” Ray J wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
