Rising singer Otis Kane has unleashed his video for “Can’t Stay Away.”
In the Clara Aranovich-directed video, Kane attempts to go to sleep but is interrupted by a beautiful woman he can’t seem to get off his mind. His thoughts of her aggressively grow outside of his slumber and affect his thought pattern during recording sessions. Finally, he deads it all and makes time to see her.
“Can’t Stay Away” is lifted from Kane’s debut album, Purple BLUE. “This album is truly a step into my world. Every song is a reflection of my life, all of the music a representation of my taste, and what moves me,” Kane explained.
“If you listen from top to bottom, you can feel how the music and the stories exist together like different scenes of the same movie. I had so much fun creating this body of work, and I’m so excited to share it with the world.”
The project follows his Growing Pains EP, which dropped in February.
