Maeta Announces 2023 Tour Dates

R&B

Rising singer Maeta will embark on a mini tour starting on Aug. 22 at Schubas Tavern in Chicago, Illinois.

Maeta will perform four more shows in North America in August before heading to the U.K. and Europe in October to round out the tour. Tickets are on sale now.

Maeta’s upcoming tour supports When I Hear Your Name, her latest release for Roc Nation Records.

The 13-track project features songwriting and production contributions from The-Dream, SZA, Camper, Elijah Blake, OG Parker, Kehlani, Charlotte Day Wilson, Kaytranada, and more.

Speaking of Kaytranada, Maeta recently debuted the video for “Questions,” which he produced. She and Kaytranada are planning to release a special collaborative project later this summer, as she revealed in an interview with Rated R&B.

In that same interview, Maeta shared with Rated R&B what she hopes fans take away from When I Hear Your Name.

“I want to show that love is complicated and it’s okay not to know why you feel the way you do. That’s one thing I’ve been trying to figure out. I think that we have to accept the fact that love is hard and complicated. And that’s what the project shows. I hope it comforts people who are going through that,” Maeta shared.
