Just less than 24 hours since Ray Vaughn’s “Hoe Era” release, Joey Bada$$ counters back with “The Finals”.

Over a triumphant instrumentals, Badmon reups the strays with a more direct diss for his West Coast nemesis. “Signed for five years, yet your biggest moment from me / Can’t nobody name a single song you ever released,” he raps. “Even “Crashout” wasn’t your original beat/ Every time Joey dropped, you see, he eats / I did more for you than the whole of TDE / It’s too bad, nigga, you should have been signed to me / Somebody tell Top we ’bout to start TD East.”

Earlier this week, Joey Bada$$ sent shots at Ray Vaughn on his Red Bull Spiral Freestyle. It follows Ray’s “Crashout Heritage” and Joey’s “The Ruler’s Back” freestyle.
