Girlschool Release New Video “It Is What It Is”

Metal

Femme-forward classic metalers Girlschool just released a new single, “It Is What It Is.”

The song is from the band’s upcoming record WTFortyfive, out July 28 via Silver Lining Music and celebrating 45 years of being a band.

The track pulls from their classic yet raw and punk sound and gets us stoked for the full album.

Frontwoman and guitarist Kim McAuliffe says about the track:

“It’s all about having no regrets. You can’t change the past; just get on and make the most of it! No point in crying over spilt mill—or beer, as the case may be—Make the most of it now!”

WTFortyfive? can be preordered here.

You can also enter a contest to win a custom leather jacket from Girlschool at girlschool.tmstor.es
