Former Skid Row Singer Johnny Solinger Dead at Age 55

Johnny Solinger, singer for Skid Row from 1999 until 2015, has died. He was 55-years-old.

The cause of death was liver failure.

Solinger appears on the band’s full-length albums Thickskin (2003) and Revolutions per Minute (2006), as well as the EPs United World Rebellion: Chapter One and United World Rebellion: Chapter Two.

Skid Row say in a statement:

“We are saddened to hear the news of our brother Johnny Solinger. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and fans. Godspeed Singo. Say hello to Scrappy for us.”
