Diana Ross Shares New Song ‘If The World Just Danced’

R&B

Diana Ross has silently pushed back her next album, Thank You, from a September release date to November 5. The living legend makes up for the minor delay with “If The World Just Danced,” the second offering from her 25th album.

Speaking on the new track, Ross said in a statement that, “Let everyone know to have FUN. Joy, Joy, Joy is the answer. Playfulness! Happiness! When you dance there is only love in life.”

“If The World Just Danced” follows the title track and message of gratitude, which she served fans in June. It now has over 1.8 million streams on Spotify.

All 13 songs on Thank You were co-authored by Ross, along with contributions from Prince Charlez, Neff-U, Jimmy Napes, Tayla Parx, Jack Antonoff, Troy Miller and many more.

Ross’ last album was 2006’s I Love You.
