Urban radio listeners can’t get Chlöe’s debut single, “Have Mercy,” out of their mind, as it makes an entrance into the coveted top ten (No. 10).
It’s her first appearance as a solo act in the top ten on this airplay format and second overall. She shares top ten success with her sister Halle (Chloe x Halle) for “Do It,” which entered this exact chart space in August 2020. It was later certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
“Have Mercy” is the lead single from Chlöe’s forthcoming solo debut album. The song has surpassed 47.9 million streams on Spotify, while the supporting video has garnered more than 31 million views since its September release.
She performed “Have Mercy” live for the first time at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards. Earlier this month, she performed the catchy tune on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
