Ambré ushers in a new era with her single “She” out via Roc Nation Distribution.
Over a slow-burning backdrop, which she co-produced with Louie Lastic, Ambré finds herself caught in a fluctuating relationship that oscillates between closeness and distance.
“Give her what she deserves, ooh / Oh, I’m tryna make her comeback / But she ain’t coming back,” she sings.
Speaking on “She,” Ambré exclusively tells Rated R&B, “It sounds like a love song but it’s actually a diss song so pay attention to the lyrics.”
“She” arrives with a cinematic music video directed by Zev York, which can be watched below.

“She” is Ambré’s first solo single since releasing her mixtape I Do This Sh*t in My Sleep in August 2024. The mini project included the Alex Isley-assisted “You Don’t Know” and the hypnotic “Perfect Timing.”
“This is not an album. I didn’t spend months working on these songs. These are a collection of demos,” Ambré said. “But if you like them, then you’ll love what’s to come because I’m working on the greatest album of all time.”
Since then, the genre-bending artist collaborated with a few other acts, including ELHAE (“I Choose You”), Isaiah Falls (“Desires”), Yonny (“Blue Door – Ambré Remix) and Boy Soda (“Lil’ Obsession”).
Ambré is currently supporting Leon Thomas on the North American leg of his sold-out Mutts Don’t Heel World Tour. The first leg wraps up Dec. 22 at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.
