Jalen Brunson’s taking his business game to the next level with Thirty Third Management Group, representing athletes across sports and philanthropy.

Jalen Brunson just added another championship to his resume, and now he’s taking control of his entire business empire off the court.

The Knicks superstar and his family launched Thirty Third Management Group, a brand advisory firm that’ll handle his off-court ventures and represent clients across professional sports, business, and philanthropy.

His mother, Sandra, runs the operation as president, while his sister, Erica, serves as director of client services and close friend Connor Cashaw handles business development.

“My family has been with me every step of the way, and everything we do is rooted in trust,” Brunson said in a statement about the move. “Thirty Third gives us the chance to take ownership of my off-court business, to build something that reflects who we are, and to do it together.”

The name directly references his draft position, 33rd overall in 2018, which also inspired his Second Round Foundation charity work. Sandra has managed his off-court business since he entered the league, so this formalizes it.

Erica emphasized the firm’s commitment to building brands on genuine connection and purpose.

“This firm was born from a belief that the most powerful brands are built on trust, purpose, and genuine human connection,” she said. “We are committed to helping our clients maximize opportunities, whether in professional sports, business, or philanthropy, and want to be a strategic partner that champions both success and significance.”

The firm already has its first client locked in, but it’s looking to expand across athletes, NIL talent, executives, entrepreneurs, and charitable foundations.

Women’s professional sports is a major priority for the operation, with Erica leading that charge.

The group sees women’s sports as historically underserved and wants to change that narrative by building real partnerships and opportunities.

The firm will focus on brand development, partnership strategy, business development, and philanthropy across all sectors.

Brunson’s championship run proved he’s not just a basketball player anymore; he’s a franchise cornerstone and now a business operator building something bigger than himself.
