Ken Jennings caused a stir with his latest Instagram post when all he was trying to do was show off the book he was reading. The Jeopardy! host tried to relax as fans said an aspect of his photo shouldn’t be posted for free.
“A summer novella.” he captioned the post on June 20. In the photo, Only Jennings’ bottom half was seen. He relaxed on a deck with a book in his hand. The host has his book open to A Summer Novella by Austrian author Stefan Ewing. He was reading The Collected Stories of Stefan Zweig, which includes A Summer Novella and other short stories by Ewing.
There were trees in the distance and a lake behind them. The host is taking the summer to relax as the game show is on filming hiatus.
A bookmark stuck out of the top of his book, and his feet were peeking up above it. The short story is about a “bored traveler at a half-deserted Italian hotel whose routine is transformed by a mysterious elderly gentleman,” according to Goodreads.
Fans were quick to comment on Jennings’ toes, which many exclaimed shouldn’t be posted on the internet for free. “Ken people are QUICK, this is already posted on wikifeet,” a fan commented. Wikifeet is a collaborative celebrity feet website, where users compare and rate the feet of famous people.
Jeopardy! fans said that his photo had four stars already. There is also a separate Wikifeet Men site.
“Yeah, by me,” Jennings jokingly replied.
Other fans reacted to the unprompted feet picture. “Ken, don’t show your toes for free,” another wrote.
“Free doggies on the timeline. Thank you, Ken,” a fan said.
“KEN DONT SHOW YOUR TOES!!!! People are weird here,” a third added.
“Ken definitely has long toe energy, I knew it,” a fan commented.
“Who let the dogs out?” another fan asked.
“Free feet on main, Ken?” one fan commented.
“Ken, those doggies are worth money, baby!” an Instagram user said.
“Toes on main,” a fan said with multiple shocked face emojis.
“THE DOGS FOR ON THE GRAM FOR FREE?” one last fan asked.
