Quiet Earth are a self-described “beer-induced headache” hailing from Toronto, ON. They’re preparing to drop their first full-length album following their three EPs, Lifetime in Regression, on Ancient Temple Recordings October 18. You can stream it with us first.

The sludge metal band originally started out as a two-piece (guitar and drums) in 2016 and is now a three-piece consisting of members, Ian Steadman (drums), Mark Tremblay (guitar and vocals), and Aaron Harrison (bass), who joined late 2018.

Tremblay says about the record:

“Lifetime in Regression is an album that captures a world that we love and how it is crumbling around us by the hands of those who easily abuse and manipulate the power they hold. It is a heavy record conceptually that is matched by the heavy sonics and tones created by the band.”
