Finnish progressive metal outfit Antipope are gearing up to release new album Doors of the Dead next month and you can get a dose of it right now in the form of new song “Brotherhood of Babylon.” There are flashes of a few different genres at play, namely prog, gothic and black metal, and even a touch of classic heavy metal. There’s also a ripping solo by guitarist Mikko Myllykangas, so there’s something for everyone.
Moribund Records will officially release Doors of the Dead on October 25, and you can hear more of the album here.
