Dark Tranquillity Unveil 25th Anniversary Vinyl Reissue of ‘Projector’

Metal

Another day, another anniversary celebration, only this time, it’s Swedish melodic death metal outfit Dark Tranquillity taking a walk down memory lane in support of their 1999 album Projector. With such a major milestone to celebrate, the band announced a vinyl reissue of the record that’s set to hit stores on November 1.

Earlier this year the band released their latest album Endtime Signals to great fanfare. This new reissued vinyl serves not only as a quarter century celebration for the album, but also the band’s signing with Century Media Records. It was also Dark Tranquillity’s first Swedish Grammis nomination.

There will be three vinyl variants for the reissue, as outlined here:

  • Ltd. brick red LP — All outlets
  • Ltd. neon orange LP — 300x copies available from Bengans, EMP & Napalm Records
  • Ltd. transp. sun yellow LP — 300x copies available from cmdistro.de & various other retailers

The 25th anniversary vinyl reissue of Projector will be available on November 1via Century Media, but you can preorder your copy today. If you’d like to catch ’em live, you can do so while they’re touring North America. The dates can be found below.
