Kellie Pickler has sold the luxurious Nashville estate that she shared with her late husband, songwriter Kyle Jacobs, just over a year after he died unexpectedly at the age of 49.
Pickler listed her home in the Green Hills area of Music City for sale in November of 2023, asking $2.89 million. The country singer and television personality lowered the asking price to $2.6 million in March of 2024.
According to online property sites, Pickler sold her 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 4,865-square-foot mansion for $2.3 million in a sale that closed on May 15, 2024.
That final selling price breaks down to $473 per square foot and a monthly payment of $13,965.
Pickler listed the Tudor-style estate for sale just 10 months after Jacobs died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the upstairs.

The luxury property features an array of high-end amenities, including an open floor plan, 10-inch by 10-inch cedar posts throughout and a two-story fireplace in the expansive great room.
Additionally, the residence offers a wine cellar, laundry rooms on each level and a screened porch with views of the terraced backyard and pool area.

Kellie Pickler first rose to fame as a contestant on American Idol in 2006, and she released her debut country album, Small Town Girl, that same year.
She’s scored a string of country hits including “Red High Heels,” “I Wonder” and “Best Days of Your Life,” a duet with Taylor Swift. Pickler co-hosted the talk show Pickler & Ben for two seasons, and she also won Season 16 of Dancing With the Stars in 2013.
Pickler and Jacobs married in January of 2011. They subsequently starred in a reality show, I Love Kellie Pickler, that ran for three seasons on CMT.
