FLO Shares New Single ‘Walk Like This’

R&B

Rising R&B trio FLO is strutting into a new era with their new single, “Walk Like This.”

On the balmy track, Jorja, Stella and Renée, sing about how intimate moments with their respective partners help put a pep into their step.

“There’s a reason I walk like this / My baby, he be lovin’ on this / When he do it, he be workin’ that sh*t / And every night he got me wantin’ more of it,” they sing in the irresistible chorus.

FLO co-wrote “Walk Like This” with their frequent collaborators MNEK, Ashton Sellars, Kabba, RELYT and Talay Riley.

“It was the end of 2023 and we wanted to create something sexy, still fun and upbeat and for the certified lover girl in us all,” FLO shared in a statement. “The song is about that energy you have when you embrace your sensuality and womanhood. It’s okay to admit a man’s doing well from time to time! We hope it makes you feel confident, a bit naughty and adds that extra sway to your walk.”

“Walk Like This,” produced by RELYT, Sellars and MNEK, is FLO’s taste of new music since their EP, 3 of Us, released in July 2023. Earlier that spring, the London-based group teamed with Missy Elliott for their joyous anthem, “Fly Girl.”

“‘Fly Girl’ is all about confidence, good vibes and feeling your best. It’s a lively, feel-good song that still incorporates clever lyrics and fire vocals, if we do say so ourselves,” they explained.

In a recent interview with Nyla Symone, FLO confirmed that their debut album is on the horizon. While they didn’t divulge too many details, they shared a list of producers/songwriters they’ve been working with, including MNEK, who is the executive producer, Pop Wansel, Jozzy, Theron [Thomas], Camper, DIXSON, Yacob, Tayla Parx and more.

In April, FLO will perform at Coachella in Indio, California, and then play at Governors Ball in New York City in June.
