Jacquees has achieved a new award from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Your Peace” featuring rapper Lil Baby, lifted from his 2019 album, King of R&B, has now been certified gold for selling over 500,000 equivalent units.

The 2000s-inspired collaboration, produced by $K, has amassed more than 71 million streams on Spotify alone. It is among Jacquees most popular songs on the platform.

Cash Money Records

“Your Peace” is Jacquees’ first RIAA award this year. In 2022, he was certified as a featured artist on K Camp’s “What’s On Your Mind,” which received a gold certification. Prior to that, his last award as a lead act was in 2021 when “You” achieved 2x multi-platinum status for sales of over two million equivalent units.

Jacquees recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of his third album, Sincerely For You, released in December 2022. The 17-track LP was executive produced by rap star Future and released on Cash Money Records.

Sincerely For You features guest appearances from Summer Walker, 6LACK, Future, 21 Savage, John P. Kee, and Tory Lanez, and includes the previously shared singles “Say Yea” and “Tipsy.”

Upon its release, Sincerely for You debuted at No. 20 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and at No. 163 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Following the album’s release, Jacquees made special appearances on Tink’s Thanks 4 Everything Pt. 2 Tour before embarking on his own headlining tour, which was named after the album.

In recent news, Jacquees has been staying on top of the headlines by collaborating with Jermaine Dupri, Killer Mike, and KYB on their latest tracks.
